Sumiirihishigata Plate by Studio M'
The traditional Japanese chrysanthemum pattern makes the dining table look gorgeous and elegant.
The term "Sumiirihishigata" refers to the rhombus-shaped and painted with folds on all four corners.
The grayish base of Shino ware has a gorgeous impression with a bold chrysanthemum flower pattern, which is hand-painted and stamped one by one.
The diamond-shaped dish can be used to serve fish fillet, sashimi, or side dishes. As long as some soy sauce or salt is put on the Mamezara(豆皿), it becomes a small decoration on the table.
- Material: Pottery
- Microwave safe
- Made in Japan
- The pattern is applied by hand, so each individual is unique and slightly different. It may be faint, misaligned, or shaded. This is the charm of handcraft tableware.
